Welcome to 4043 Developments, a company driven by my (Sam Walters) passion for building within Tasmania’s local communities.

As a carpenter with over 13 years of experience in the industry, jumping further into the development industry has been a delight.

I’m fortunate to have strong local connections and a deep understanding of Tasmanian materials and regulations. Since launching 40|43 in December 2023, my focus has been on providing a personal and approachable experience for every client. My promise is simple: to deliver exceptional house and land packages that not only meet but exceed expectations.

At 40|43, I believe in offering honest advice and staying closely connected to the Tasmanian community. We aim to support local growth by creating opportunities for homebuyers and real estate investors to succeed. I take great pride in our region's potential and am optimistic about its future.

When it comes to investing in building development, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, whether it’s coordinating with contractors, developing floor plans, or handling council approvals. Leave all of that stuff to me.
