For 15 years, I’ve been involved in the building and developing of homes for other people in this local area. I established my first business, Platinum Pro Constructions, in 2014 and by being on the tools myself, I’ve built a strong understanding of the characteristics of the local area, including its communities, its climate, as well as area-specific building regulations and standards.
For example, being so close to our stunning coast line down here means that the salty sea air can impact the build in the long run, requiring the use of certain materials on a home’s exterior and foundations to keep it low maintenance. Understanding these regulations and compliances means that I can estimate timelines accurately, and subsequently keep time wastage to an absolute minimum (which in turn keeps costs low for you).
